Students Promotion Policy
Ensuring transparent and fair academic progression
This policy outlines the criteria and procedures used to determine student promotion from one
academic level to the next, ensuring transparency, accountability, and academic excellence
Minimum pass marks per subject
Attendance requirement (e.g., 75%)
Behavior/discipline expectations
Project/Assignment submission
Internal assessment contribution
Promotion decisions are made after a comprehensive review of the student’s
academic progress, attendance, and overall development.
Requests for reconsideration or special promotion will not be entertained, as this
compromises fairness and discipline in the evaluation system.
The decision of the Principal regarding promotion or detention is final and binding.
We encourage parents and guardians to support their child’s learning journey with
consistent involvement and collaboration, and to respect the school’s efforts in
maintaining academic standards and student accountability
